We have established our own dedicated cooking studio in the Philippines, where we provide practical training for seafarers.
Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants learn a wide range of knowledge and skills required of a Chief Cook, including practical cooking, menu planning, nutrition management, food hygiene, inventory management, and food waste reduction.
Our unique “Chief Cook Training Program” is a hands-on training program designed to enhance the culinary skills and overall management capabilities of Chief Cooks working on board.
The training simulates actual onboard environments, covering menu planning that takes into account the preferences and health of multinational crews, effective use of limited ingredients and budgets, and safe and hygienic cooking methods.
“Better Meals, Healthier Crews, Safer Voyages”
Through the professional development of Chief Cooks, we aim to improve the health and satisfaction of seafarers while creating a safer and more comfortable onboard environment.
